It was born inside a Stihl workshop and covers every step, from the machine that comes in over the counter to the one that leaves repaired. In daily use since 2022, with more than 6,000 service jobs.
- Each machine has its own record: the customer by tax number, the make, model, serial number and previous repairs.
- Quotes built from the parts catalogue, emailed to the customer, with missing parts always in view.
- Drop-off receipt, quote and repair order, printed with the shop’s branding.
- Warranty work kept separate, several shops each with their own numbering, and a profile for technicians.
