A machine’s journey

From drop-off to collection, with no loose paperwork.

One service sheet per machine, from the moment it comes in to the moment it leaves.

Drop-off

The customer by tax number, the machine by make and serial number. The drop-off receipt is printed in two copies.

Quote

Parts from the catalogue, labour and the diagnosis. It goes to the customer by email.

Repair

The repair order is created from the quote. Missing parts stay in view until they arrive.

Collection

The job is closed with a closing reason, the outcome and the invoice number, and the sheet goes to the archive.

The service sheet

Every step goes on the sheet.

Who received the machine, what was quoted, when the parts arrived and who repaired it. And the machine keeps its repair history, even if it changes hands.

  • Warns you on the quote when the repair goes over a certain percentage of the price of a new machine.
  • It won’t let you register the same machine twice, open a second sheet while the first is still open, or take in a blocked customer or a machine that has been scrapped.
  • If the workshop wishes, it times each repair.

Made for the workshop

The counter, the workbench and the office.

Each person sees what concerns them: the technician repairs, the front desk takes machines in and hands them back, and the manager keeps track.

A record for each machine

The customer by tax number, the make, model, serial number and previous repairs.

Quotes from the catalogue

Lines from the parts catalogue, a minimum quote amount, and the quote emailed to the customer.

Parts on order

The sheets waiting for parts, showing which ones are missing. Each part is marked off when it arrives, along with where it was put.

The shop’s printouts

Drop-off receipt in two copies or as an 80 mm slip, quote and repair order, with the shop’s logo and details.

Several shops

Each shop has its own numbering and its own branding on the printouts. Sheets can be transferred from one shop to another.

Dashboard and statistics

Sheets that have stalled for more than 7 days, the day’s drop-offs, turnaround time, makes and closing reasons. Exports to Excel.

In real use

Put to the test every day.

Since 2022

In daily use at a Stihl workshop.

More than 6,000

service jobs recorded, about 1,300 a year.

Profiles and two-step sign-in

Technician, Front Desk and Manager, with two-step sign-in and a history of who did what.

In the European Union

Servers in the EU and always-encrypted connections.
